Privacy Policy

FleetPay is building a fuel-payment and spending-management product for trucking businesses, from owner-operators to growing fleets. The office is at 16192 Coastal Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958, in Sussex County, Delaware. This website introduces the product and lets people ask about early access.

The public site explains how FleetPay is intended to work. Illustrations on the homepage use sample data. They are not connected to a live account, a fuel station, or a payment network.

The early-access form asks for a name, work email, company, number of trucks, and an optional phone number. Those details are checked in your browser only. Submitting the form does not save them, send them to FleetPay, or create an account. Collection will start only when onboarding is open, and the form will say so.

When fleet accounts are available, the product is designed to keep information that a fuel program needs, such as:

• Contact details for the person who joins and for drivers the fleet adds
• Company, vehicle, and permission details the fleet chooses to store
• Fuel purchase records, locations, amounts, and receipts created through the service
• Technical logs needed to run and protect the service, such as a request identifier

The early-access form on this page does not store what you type. A FleetPay account is separate. Creating one does not by itself open a fuel-network account.

When collection begins, FleetPay expects to use information to:

• Reply about early access and whether the product is available for a fleet
• Operate the fuel-payment and spending tools the fleet turns on
• Connect a purchase with the driver, vehicle, location, and receipt
• Keep the service reliable and investigate misuse

FleetPay does not sell personal information. The homepage does not run advertising trackers.

Fleet staff who need the information to respond or to operate the service will be able to see it once it is actually stored. A later payment or location partner would receive only what is required to complete a fuel purchase at a participating stop. Those connections are not live on this site.

Database credentials and provider secrets stay on the server. The website and mobile app are not given direct access to them.

Because the early-access form does not store what you type, there is no request record to retain from this page today. When accounts exist, FleetPay will keep fleet and purchase records for as long as the account needs them and as required for reconciliation, then delete or de-identify them when they are no longer needed.

You can leave the early-access form blank. Nothing is saved if you submit it today. When accounts exist, fleets can ask for access to or correction of the details they provided. Send a privacy request to info@getfleetpay.ai or call (872) 230-0905.

FleetPay will update this page when the product starts collecting information or when the practices above change. The date at the top will change with the text.
