FleetPay is building a simpler way for drivers to pay for fuel and for fleets to see that spending. The website describes that plan. Screens labeled as sample data are layout examples. They are not a live dashboard, a fuel code, or a receipt from a real stop.

Fuel codes, station lists, discounts, driver limits, and receipts described on the homepage are planned product behavior. They are not available through this site yet. Pricing, payment methods, and participating locations will depend on the program that applies when a fleet is activated.

You may tell us you are interested by using the early-access form. The form checks that the fields look complete in your browser. It does not save your details and it does not reserve a place in the program. Joining the list, when collection is turned on, is not the same as approval to fuel.

FleetPay may decline, delay, or limit early access based on coverage, fleet size, or readiness of the product. Owner-operators and multi-truck fleets can both ask.

This website does not process fuel purchases, lumper payments, refunds, or wallet balances. Do not treat a sample code or a sample total on the page as something you can use at a pump. A purchase, once the product is live, would be a separate transaction under the terms shown at activation.

Authorization to fuel, a completed purchase, settlement, a reversal, and a refund are different events. This site does not perform any of them.

Creating an account starts a FleetPay workspace for the person who verifies their phone. It does not by itself approve a company, open a fuel-network account, or authorize a purchase. Opening a link, or seeing a navigation label, does not grant access to another company’s data.

A fleet is responsible for the drivers and vehicles it adds, the limits it sets, and the accuracy of the details it provides. An organization name typed into a form is not proof that the person controls that fleet.

You agree not to:

• Interfere with the site or try to reach non-public systems, data, or credentials
• Present the sample interface as a real fuel purchase or as an offer of credit
• Copy the site or the FleetPay name and mark in a way that suggests you operate the service

The FleetPay name, wordmark, and app icon are FleetPay’s. These terms do not give you a license to use them beyond viewing the site.

The site is provided as an early-access introduction. Descriptions of planned features may change. FleetPay does not promise that a particular station, price, discount, or start date is available. To the extent the law allows, FleetPay is not liable for decisions you make based on sample screens or on product descriptions that are marked as planned.

FleetPay may update these terms as the product moves from this website to a live fleet account. The date at the top will change when the text changes. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated terms for the site. A later fuel account will have its own activation terms.
